Shipping Policy

Freedom Paper Company is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will do everything possible to work with our carriers to meet your delivery requirements. However, factors such as weather, traffic congestion and jobsite conditions limits delivery commitments. Orders are filled within one to three business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Ground shipments arrive within 2-7 business days of shipment, depending upon the delivery location. If you selected express service, your order will arrive within 1 to 4 business days of shipment.

Out-of-stock items are back order, and will be filled as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock are filled as quickly as possible. If there is any delay in the expected shipment we will contact you by phone, or email. You will not be billed for out-of-stock items until they are in stock and being sent to you.

Standard Shipping and Handling

Standard shipping and charges are based on the total miles and fuel surcharges. We do ship to all 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 2-7 business days. No payment made by personal check.

 Express Service

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in 1to 4 business days after it ships from our distribution center. Your order will ship by a third party service.

Note: Express Delivery is not available on orders paid by personal check. This service applies to orders of in-stock merchandise. Our representatives are available 8 a.m. to 6p.m. EST, six days a week toll free at 1-855-864-3837


Ground Freight Shipping

Some or all of our products are shipped via ground freight carrier. Carriers schedule deliveries are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 pm CST.

Refund Policy: Product damage on arrival or during transport can be return, however is non-refundable. But will be credit to account. The carrier will require that you sign for the shipment. Please, carefully inspect the packages or load you receive. If your order appears damaged, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You may refuse the product if you discover any damage. If there is any error on our part related to your order, such as wrong product, not receiving certain products, by returning the items, we will issue a credit to your account and correct the error promptly.
