At Freedom Paper Company, we are dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. We will do everything possible to work with our carriers to meet your delivery requirements; however, factors such as; weather, traffic congestion and jobsite conditions limit delivery commitments. Orders are filled within one to three business days from receipt by our systems. Business days are Monday through Friday. Ground shipments should arrive within 2-7 business days of the shipment date, depending upon the delivery location. If you request express service, your order will arrive within 1 to 4 business days of shipment date.

Out-of-stock items are back ordered, and will be filled as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock are filled as stated above. If there is any delay in the expected shipment, we will contact you by phone or email. Freedom Paper Company LLC is not in any way whatsoever responsible for any shipment delays due to flaws of carriers, acts of God, or any situation or circumstance beyond our control.


Standard Shipping and Handling

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total miles and fuel surcharges. We ship to all 48 contiguous states and select overseas locations at additional cost. Standard Ground Service requires 2-7 business days. No payment made by personal check.

Express Service

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in 1 to 4 business days (Continental US) after it ships from our distribution center. Ground Freight Shipping

Some or all of our products are shipped via ground freight carrier. Carrier scheduled deliveries vary but are likely to occur Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 pm; EST, CST, MST and PST.


Refund Policy

There is a no refund policy. Product damaged on arrival or during transport must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. If reported timely the product can be returned and/or exchanged; however there are no refunds. An exchange of the same product or a credit will be issued. The carrier will require that you sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the packages or load you receive. If your order appears damaged, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You may refuse the product if you discover any damage. If there is any error on our part related to your order, such as wrong product, not receiving certain products, etc; you may return the incorrect items, receive the missing or proper product, or you will be issued a credit toward another purchase at our discretion. It is our intent to handle all such matters promptly.
